Returns / Exchanges
Any discrepancies are to be reported to the Genumark Customer Service Team within 5 business days from receipt of the order. Please contact Genumark Customer Service by calling 1-800-661-4567 or customerservice@genumark.com.
Genumark will issue a Return Authorization document for you to include with your return of items which were shipped incorrectly or damaged. Be sure to include the RA# document provided by Genumark. Failure to include this document will result in a delay in processing your return. Genumark will replace goods at no additional charge, as part of their No Hassle Return Policy.
Please note that any product that has been worn or altered in any fashion may not be returned, with the exception of items that are defective. (eg. Logo defect, zipper or seam defect)
Those items which were ordered incorrectly can be exchanged by same process
How to Return or Exchange Merchandise
Contact Genumark Customer Service by email (customerservice@genumark.com) or phone 1(800) 661-4567
and provide the order number, reason for the return, items to return, and your contact information. A return
authorization number will be provided for each return request.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items are required to be returned in the original condition and if possible in the original packaging.
Package and seal your return securely.
Packages must be returned prepaid - C.O.D. deliveries not accepted.
Return item(s) via courier; returns cannot be made in person.
Include a copy of the 'Return Authorization' form in your package.
